SENIOR I PRODUCER

As a Senior I Producer you will be responsible for handling and organizing processes so developers can do what they do best. We are looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and whom are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and games as well as have a history of working within technical environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to work remotely
  • Previous experience working in a production role where you’ve managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects
  • Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success
  • Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution
  • Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders, within your team and throughout the company

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Experience with building & maintaining positive studio culture

Kansas Pay Range: $60,000-110,000 USD gross per year
Gross pay may be adjusted based on location and experience.

SENIOR II ENGINEER

As a Sr. Engineer, you will work directly with Jr. Engineers, Animators, Art and Design teams to create engaging and highly optimized game features and toolsets. You will also be responsible for additional core responsibilities including, but not limited to creating gameplay features, tools, engine technology, and build systems. As a Sr. Engineer, we expect that you not only design, implement, and troubleshoot engine/game features, but that you also actively impart knowledge and experience on the rest of the programming team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years’ experience developing tools and features for game engines
  • Shipped at least two game titles
  • Unreal Engine 4 & 5 experience required
  • Strong object-oriented design skills and proficiency in C++ programming and debugging
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong design sensibilities
  • Strong understanding of console design and optimization techniques

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Experience interacting with external programming contractors

Kansas Pay Range: $115,000-135,000 USD gross per year
Gross pay may be adjusted based on location and experience.

SENIOR III ENVIRONMENT DESIGNER

As an Environment Designer you will be responsible for working directly with our Environment, Design, and Art teams to create rich and immersive worlds. Your role will be to help bring to life the stories and experiences through well designed environment layouts and designs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates experience dressing environments for games
  • Excellent communication skills. Must be able to thrive in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment and both give and take direction well
  • Demonstrated experience working with modern FPS engines (Unreal, Unity, CryEngine, etc.) and art pipelines
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain high quality and consistent progress without constant supervision
  • 3+ years of experience in game development

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Experience working with Houdini integrated into UE4/5

Kansas Pay Range: $75,000-115,000 USD gross per year
Gross pay may be adjusted based on location and experience.

SENIOR III ARTIST

As a Sr. Artist, you will work closely with Art Director, Artist and Programmers to create convincing, visually stunning, and rich content. You should have a solid knowledge of creating visual assets for use on nex-gen platforms (including game consoles like the PS4/PS5, Xbox/XboxOne, and Nintendo Switch) as well as demonstrating strong abilities in asset optimizations, runtime performance, pipeline management, and the entire content creation process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience and three or more published AAA titles in a 3D Artist capacity
  • Expert knowledge of digital content creation processes including, but not limited to, high-poly and low poly modeling, asset optimizations, & entire D.C.C. pipeline for Unreal Engine
  • Proactive in communicating progress and solving problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other designers, management, and peers in other disciplines.
  • Expert knowledge of content creation for video games and hardware such as VR or Consoles

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Pipeline tools development (not required)
